MyNotify

This package includes membership in MyNotify for one person.  The initial membership will be provided in the name of the member used to join the program.  Additional memberships are available for others including your family and friends.  Those additional memberships will be billed separately, either on a monthly or annual basis.

The MyNotify Program includes

• Individual Membership for 1 member.
• One Monthly Membership is included in the Independence Package.
• 4 personalized stickers with your personal ID # shown.
• 1 Vehicle sticker.
• 1 Wallet Card.  The wallet card can be printed from your membership portal.
• International Coverage.  Emergency service is available from virtually anywhere in the world.  If the phone number is not available, the emergency email address can be used.
• Up to 9 Emergency Contacts.
• Able to add any other information you might want someone to know in the event you are incapacitated.  This can include the number of children, the schools your children attend, pet information, children’s birthdates, family member membership numbers, etc.

Urgent Medical Info

This package includes membership in Urgent Medical Info for one person.  The initial membership is provided in the name of the member that joins the program.  Additional memberships are available for others including your family and friends.  Those additional memberships will be billed separately, either on a monthly or annual basis.
