Unlike conventional telemedicine services that typically require health
insurance or are linked to employment benefits, OnCall 4 Kids breaks these barriers.  Our service stands out by reaching individuals who may not have access to employer-supported
healthcare options. By providing our program through non-traditional channels, we are committed to ensuring that more families can access the care they need without financial stress.

a Program from OnCall and Lyric Health

OnCall has partnered with Lyric Health to offer two powerful virtual Healthcare products for individuals, businesses, and organizations. This combined service package includes Virtual Urgent Care medical access and Virtual Behavioral Counseling.

Virtual Urgent Care (by Lyric Health)

Lyric offers virtual visits with a board-certified physician via telephone, cell phone, website, or mobile apps.  Lyric can provide a powerful solution to gain medical access for non-emergency medical needs.  This service can treat approximately 70% of the conditions requiring the patient to otherwise use a primary care physician, urgent care, or emergency room from the comfort of their home or office.  Better yet, you can gain access to the physician within two hours, but normally less than 30 minutes AND  there is:

NO consultation charge for the virtual visit. 

The only cost of the program is the monthly access fee associated with each product.

The programs available are listed below.  Each of these programs provides the member access to virtual visits for up to a total of eight members of the household.  That’s right.  By paying the small monthly fee associated with the program below, your entire household can access the doctor on your schedule, not the doctor’s schedule.

Behavioral Health (Telephonic Counseling and Support)
