Scope of the Business

The medical and mental healthcare systems in the United States are in crisis mode.  The rising cost of using the healthcare system and the lack of timely access are creating a major problem for families across the country.

We are not trying to replace any health insurance or medical or mental health services offered.  We are trying to help you and the medical system take some of the load off when needing these services and doing it timely and affordably.

Our mission is to provide affordable, timely access to medical and mental healthcare without health insurance.

Our focus is on providing this service to as many children as possible, and we are taking a nontraditional approach to doing just that.

Our service is a VIRTUAL FIRST approach to gain access.  Unlike the traditional availability of virtual care or telemedicine, we can go beyond the employer/employee relationship.  Although we do work with employers, we find that not all employers are able,  or willing to provide this service for their employees and their families.

Generally, a smaller business is more flexible, while larger businesses, or those with wider ownership or more formal structures, will usually tend to be organized as corporations or (less often) partnerships.
